About the Role No two days are the same at Elite Youth Sports. During term time, you'll work across a range of mainstream and specialist SEND schools , delivering engaging PE lessons and supporting pupils with additional needs to achieve their full potential. You'll create positive learning environments where every child can participate, develop confidence and enjoy being active. During the school holidays, you'll become part of our award-winning Elite Camps , working as either an SEN Support Coach or Camp Leader to provide fun, safe and inclusive holiday experiences.

Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality PE lessons to children aged 4-16 in both mainstream and SEND settings. Plan and deliver engaging, inclusive lessons that meet National Curriculum objectives and individual pupil needs. Adapt activities to ensure every child can participate and succeed.
Build strong, professional relationships with schools, staff, parents and pupils. Support children with a wide range of additional needs through individual and group activities. Work as an SEN Support Coach or Camp Leader during school holidays. Assist with holiday camp preparation and operational planning. Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding, professionalism and child welfare. Essential Requirements Minimum 1 year's experience working with children with SEND.
Minimum 1 year's experience delivering sports coaching or PE. A minimum Level 2 Sports Coaching qualification (NGB or equivalent) or relevant SEND qualification. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships. Confident managing groups of children with enthusiasm and energy. Passionate about inclusion and helping children achieve their potential. Flexible, proactive and willing to support all areas of the business.
Strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection. Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle. Right to work in the UK and currently living within Oxfordshire or Berkshire. Desirable Enhanced DBS Certificate (or willingness to obtain one). Current Safeguarding Certificate (training can be provided). Additional SEND qualifications or experience.
