About the Role As a 1:1 SEN Learning Support Assistant, you will play a key role in helping a child access learning, develop confidence, and thrive both academically and socially within the classroom setting. Your responsibilities will include: Delivering focused 1:1 support to a pupil with special educational needs Supporting learning activities tailored to the child's individual needs and EHCP targets Encouraging positive behaviour, emotional regulation, and social interaction Working collaboratively with the Class Teacher , SENCo , and wider support staff Monitoring progress and contributing to strategies that enhance the pupil's development Creating a safe, engaging, and supportive learning environment What We're Looking For We are seeking a patient, understanding, and enthusiastic individual who is committed to helping children reach their full potential.
