We are looking for a child-centred, inspiring SENCO who champions inclusion, has the skill and passion to elevate teaching and learning for all, and can lead the strategic development of our SEN provision, while overseeing its daily operation to ensure every learner achieves their very best. The successful candidate will have experience of working within a SEND environment and will ideally have a recognised SENCO qualification.
They will also have: An ability to demonstrate knowledge of the needs of children with SEN/SEMH and motivate and effectively communicate with those children A record of excellent examination results Successful experience in middle management Creative, innovative ideas to maximise students' potential Team leading skills which enable support and challenge Experience of working with children with a range of SEN Excellent record in Teaching and Learning A strong commitment to raising achievement and standards along with an informed and creative approach to curriculum delivery The successful candidate will work with the Senior Leadership Team.
