Are you an experienced SEND Teaching Assistant looking to make a real difference? Flourish Education is recruiting for a SEND Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming, Ofsted-rated 'Good' one-form entry primary school in Coventry. Starting in as soon as possible, this full-time role will run until December 2026, supporting a Year 2 pupil on a 1:1 basis with Autism and challenging behaviour.
The school is looking for a patient, confident and nurturing Teaching Assistant who can build positive relationships and provide consistent support to help the pupil thrive. To be considered, you'll need: A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) Experience supporting children with SEND, particularly Autism Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or Learning Support Assistant in a UK primary school A DBS on the Update Service (or issued within the last 12 months) Two recent professional references Why work with Flourish Education?

Where will you be working? This role is based in Coventry, with excellent transport links from Bedworth, Nuneaton, Kenilworth, Rugby and the surrounding areas. The school also offers onsite parking for staff.
