Our client is seeking a highly organized, proactive Senior Administrative Assistant to support leadership within a leading life sciences consulting firm. This is a high-touch executive and project support role focused on partnering closely with Managing Directors and other senior leaders while contributing to business development, project coordination, and team operations.
The ideal candidate is confident, tech-forward, and thrives in a collaborative consulting environment where anticipating needs, managing priorities, and improving processes are highly valued.
