KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Design and build AI/ML products that drive real business outcomes from ideation to production Work closely with business teams (Revenue, Studios, Finance, Marketing, Operations) to uncover high-value use cases Run discovery sessions to understand problems deeply, then craft the right data science solution Engineer, deploy, and maintain AI/ML systems in production — owning the full lifecycle Build and maintain observability tooling to monitor model performance, data quality, and system health Mentor junior engineers in the team — sharing knowledge, reviewing work, and helping them grow Convert model results into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders at all levels Scale successful solutions across business functions and regions globally QUALIFICATIONS: A B.Sc.
degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, or related field, with a strong understanding of machine learning and solid software engineering skills that you can write clean, production-ready code. Hands-on cloud experience, AWS preferred, along with a track record of building, deploying and operating ML systems at scale. Experience with observability — monitoring, alerting, and keeping models healthy in production as well as the ability to turn complex AI/ML concepts into clear business language is essential.
