Senior Associate / Partner – Real Estate (Plot Sales) 📍 Exeter 💼 Salary: To be discussed at enquiry About the Opportunity Synergy Personnel Services, a specialist Legal recruiter, is working on an outstanding opportunity for a Senior Associate or Partner to join a highly regarded Real Estate team in Exeter. This is a strategic hire within a growing national practice, offering the chance to play a key role in developing and leading a specialist Plot Sales offering.

This position is ideally suited to an experienced real estate lawyer with a strong background in residential development and plot sales, looking to step into a senior leadership role with genuine influence over client relationships and team direction. The Role You will be advising a broad client base of developers, housebuilders, housing associations and investors on all aspects of plot sales transactions.

The work is varied, high-quality and often involves complex, multi-plot developments from inception through to completion. Key responsibilities will include: Leading on plot sales for residential developments, from initial instruction to completion Drafting and negotiating contracts, transfers, leases and supporting documentation Advising on site set-up, including management companies, road and sewer agreements Working closely with developers, lenders, architects and other stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of transactions Supporting and mentoring junior lawyers within the team Playing a key role in business development and strengthening client relationships About You Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) Senior Associate or Partner level experience within Real Estate Strong background in residential development and plot sales work Proven ability to manage complex transactions and client relationships Commercially minded with a proactive approach to business development Leadership experience or a desire to step into a leadership role The Opportunity This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking, growth-focused legal business with a strong reputation in the real estate sector.
