Senior Business Analyst Glasgow (Hybrid) 6/12-Month Contract £550 p/d (Inside IR35) Our client, a leading renewable energy organisation, is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support a portfolio of cyber security, digital, infrastructure, and business transformation initiatives. Key Requirements Significant Senior Business Analysis experience within complex organisations. Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and workshop facilitation skills.
Experience working in federated or matrix environments. Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to identify gaps and drive process improvements. Experience delivering change within cyber security, infrastructure, digital, or transformation programmes. Background working in highly regulated environments. Desirable Experience Knowledge of Operational Technology (OT) environments and technologies such as SCADA, PLCs, HMI, MES, or DCS.
Understanding of security frameworks including ISO 27001, NIST, IEC 62443, or CIS. Experience within the renewable energy, utilities, or wider energy sector.
