Senior Care Team Lead – Flexible Hours, Home Visits

Mears Group is hiring a Senior Support Worker in Turriff to support our care teams across Macduff, delivering high-quality, person-centred care in clients’ homes. This is a permanent, full-time role, 40 hours per week, with an hourly rate of £14.22 plus mileage. You will mentor staff, oversee service delivery and liaise with social workers to maintain high standards and best outcomes for individuals.

A full UK driving licence is required; SVQ Level 2 or higher is desirable.
