Senior Children's Community Carer - Surrey

As a Senior Community Carer at HCRG Care Group, you'll play a key role in delivering safe, highquality care to children with complex medical needs in their own homes and within the community. This position offers the opportunity to use your skills to support families and help children live safely and confidently in familiar surroundings. You'll guide and mentor colleagues, support service development, and work closely with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure personalized and effective care for every child.

This role involves consistent delivery of high-quality care according to care plans and safeguarding procedures. You will communicate clearly with children, families, and colleagues, maintain professional boundaries, ensure the safe use of clinical equipment, and administer medication accurately.
