Senior Children's Community Carer - Surrey

Join HCRG Care Group as a Senior Community Carer, where youll play a key role in delivering safe, highquality care to children with complex medical needs in their own homes and within the community. This is a rewarding opportunity to use your skills, support families, and help children live safely, comfortably and confidently in familiar surroundings. In this senior role, youll bring your knowledge and experience to guide and mentor colleagues, support service development, and work closely with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure every childs care is personalised and effective.

Deliver consistent, highquality care to children and young people with complex health needs, following care plans and safeguarding procedures. Communicate clearly and compassionately with children, families, and multidisciplinary colleagues, adjusting your approach where communication barriers exist. Maintain professional boundaries and promptly escalate concerns or changes in a childs condition to the Clinical Case Manager.
