Description We are hiring a SR Configuration Analyst. This Intermediate position will require solution knowledge in Charge Services and cross train in the other solution. It requires the ability to operate independently with some assistance and guidance to provide quality configuration work to a project team or customer that complies with Oracle methodologies and practices. This includes completing configuration for all consulting project types and maintaining relationships across lines of business.
Standard assignments are accomplished without assistance by exercising independent judgment, within defined policies and processes, to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements. NOTE: We are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this role at this time. Must be a US Citizen and be able to pass Public Trust security clearance THIS IS A HYBRID ROLE SO MUST RESIDE NEAR THE KANSAS CITY MO LOCATION AS WILL BE REQUIRED TO WORK 1 DAY A WEEK IN THE OFFICE Responsibilities Responsibilities Analyze complex data to determine configuration readiness Assist in defining and communicating design and content best practices to internal project stakeholders Consult on the impact of design decisions and content recommendations as it relates to configuration Complete complex system configurations independently Maintain accurate, timely documentation of work using preferred tools Serve as an escalation point and deliver resolution for complex reported configuration issues Adopt new process improvements.
Proactively identify and establish new process improvements Drive tools development and troubleshooting Coach and mentor other Configuration Analysts and provide educational opportunities and training as needed Qualifications: 2-5 years of overall experience in relevant functional or technical roles including knowledge and experience with the Oracle Health Charge Services product(s). Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients. Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US: Hiring Range in USD from $25.48 to $63.65 per hour; from: $53,000 to $132,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
