Job Description TDS Payments Technology team is looking for a Full-time Senior Data Modeller / Data Product Designer - Enterprise Payments Enterprise Payments is seeking a Senior Data Modeller / Data Product Designer to design end-to-end data structures across our Payments data ecosystem - from MongoDB-based transactional Operational Data Stores (ODS) through to Azure Databricks curated data products.

This role is focused on schema design, data product design, and context-layer modelling . The successful candidate will help define how Payments data is represented, governed, reused, and consumed across operational and analytical platforms. The role is approximately 75% data modelling / data product design and 25% data engineering enablement , working closely with business analysts, data engineers, analytics teams, architects, and Payments partners.

The ideal candidate can bridge semi-structured JSON/MongoDB modelling , Databricks/Delta schema design , and reusable domain-oriented data products . The team will provide training on ISO 20022 payment schema relationships , which will be used to help build a Payments context layer across payment types. Key Responsibilities Design JSON schemas for MongoDB-based transactional ODS capabilities, aligned to business workflows, query patterns, and schema evolution needs.

Design corresponding Databricks/Delta table schemas for curated, reusable data products. Define reusable Payments data products across individual payment types and combined cross-payment views. Design a context layer / canonical Payments model that supports cross-product analytics, reporting, and downstream consumption. Translate business requirements into logical and physical data models for both operational and analytical use cases.

Support schema evolution, versioning, migration, and backward compatibility across MongoDB and Databricks. Design data products aligned to Unity Catalog structures, access patterns, discoverability, and governed
