Temporary Contract | GMG/SEG 5 | Pay Band 11 | Salary Range: $8,102,338 – $10,896,744 per annum plus gratuity About the Role The Senior Director – Licensing, Registration & Compliance provides strategic leadership and direction for the Commission’s licensing, registration and compliance functions. The position is responsible for overseeing the registration and licensing of casino gaming operators and other regulated persons and entities, as well as the review and approval of gaming suppliers, gaming equipment, games and rules of play.

The role also ensures that licensing and compliance activities are conducted in accordance with the Casino Gaming Act, applicable regulations, regulatory requirements and the Commission’s established policies and procedures. The Senior Director plays a critical role in maintaining the integrity of the regulatory framework and supporting the Commission in the effective discharge of its statutory mandate.

About the CGC The Casino Gaming Commission (CGC), Jamaica’s regulatory authority for the casino gaming industry, invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced professionals to fill the following senior leadership positions. These roles provide an opportunity to contribute to the continued development of the Commission’s regulatory, governance and organisational capacity as it advances the effective oversight of Jamaica’s casino gaming industry.
