Imagine Your Impact . The Senior Director of Engineering is a key part of our Technology Leadership Team, interfacing with multiple levels of the organization and helping drive results and outcomes. This position manages and coordinates resources, processes & solutions to deliver releases of company products with quality.

Position Information : This is a regular, full-time position , reporting to the Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer.

Compensation : Base pay is anticipated to be between $ 183,249.00 and $ 2 3 0,000.00 per year. Eligible employees may also receive incentive/commission/annual bonus pay based on individual and/or company performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as, but not limited to, individual skills, experience, training, education/certifications, geographic location, internal equity, and local market conditions.
