Key responsibilities: Lead the finance function within a fast-paced environment Produce monthly management accounts, reporting packs and commercial analysis Deliver insight across margins, labour, waste, yield and operational performance Review weekly and monthly P&L performance, identifying risks and opportunities Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and balance sheet management Partner with operational teams to support performance and profitability Prepare financial analysis for capital investment projects Drive improvements across reporting, systems, controls and processes Ensure compliance with group reporting and audit requirements Lead and develop the finance team while supporting wider business growth Other ad-hoc duties as required Requirements: Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) Strong leadership skills Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail Strong problem-solving and communication skills For further information on this opportunity or if you are considering the next step in your career get in touch with James McCord @ HIREIQ.
