Housekeeping Standards Oversee daily housekeeping operations and ensure all areas are maintained to the highest standards. Carry out regular inspections of guest, member, public, and back-of-house areas. Ensure checklists, cleaning procedures, and daily tasks are completed efficiently. Monitor housekeeping supplies, linen, amenities, and equipment. Team Leadership Supervise, support, and motivate the housekeeping team throughout each shift.

Allocate tasks effectively and ensure the team consistently meets our standards. Support the training and development of colleagues. Assist the Housekeeping Manager with the smooth running of the department. Member & Guest Experience Deliver a discreet, professional, and friendly service to Members and Guests. Respond promptly to housekeeping requests and resolve issues where possible. Communicate guest preferences and requirements effectively.

Work closely with other departments to deliver a seamless experience. Communication & Safety Ensure clear and effective shift handovers. Report maintenance issues, incidents, damages, or concerns promptly. Follow all Health & Safety, COSHH, and company procedures. Previous experience in a Senior Housekeeper, Housekeeping Supervisor, or similar role, ideally within luxury hospitality. A genuine passion for exceptional cleanliness and attention to detail.

Confident leading and supporting a team. Highly organised, proactive, and hands-on. Professional, discreet, and guest-focused. Excellent communication skills and a positive approach to teamwork. Knowledge of Health & Safety and COSHH procedures., In line with the requirements of the Asylum and Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must either be eligible to live and work in the UK or must obtain permits to work in the UK prior to application.
