Job Summary Employer: University of Botswana Job Type: Full-time Location: Gaborone, Botswana Category: Education Closing Date: 2026-09-28 Key Responsibilities Contribute to the development of and implementation of university, faculty and school level strategies, policies, plans, and procedures; Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in Accounting and related areas; Supervise both undergraduate and graduate student research projects; Conduct research in the specialize areas of Accounting and also complement existing research activities; Participate in other academic and professional activities of the department; Requirements a PhD/Doctoral degree in Accounting or related field; a Master's and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field at least three (3) years of teaching experience at a university or comparable institution; An excellent cumulative and sustained record of research and publications with at least 6 pieces of research outputs and sustained recognised publishers, 4 of which should be articles in refereed or accredited journals internationally recognized indexing databases.
