Job Summary Employer: University of Botswana Job Type: Full-time Location: Gaborone, Botswana Category: Education Closing Date: 2026-09-28 Key Responsibilities i. Contribute to the development of and implementation of university, faculty and school level strategies, policies, plans, and procedures; ii. Teach undergraduate and graduate level courses in at least two of the following: Research Methods, Logistics Systems Management; Procurement and Contract Management, Strategic Supply Chain Management, International Logistics, Management of Inventory, Reverse Logistics Transportation Management, Warehousing Cube and Utilization .

Requirements (i) at least a relevant doctorate (PhD) in Supply Chain Management or a cognate discipline within Logistics and Procurement (ii) at least 3 years relevant teaching experience at a university or comparable institution; (iii) an excellent cumulative and sustained record of research and publications with at least 6 pieces of research products published by recognised publishers, 4 of which must be articles in refereed/accredited journals in internationally recognised indexing databases.
