Senior Liaison, Labor Relations The Senior Liaison for Labor Relations is a senior manager level liaison for labor relations activities for a major, multi craft construction project in Wyoming.

This role, through liaison efforts, supports full compliance with Wyoming Building Trades agreements, local union jurisdiction (including IUOE Local 800, UA Local 192, IBEW Local 322, Ironworkers Local 27, Carpenters Local 1620, Laborers Local 1271, and other regional locals), and federal/state labor requirements. The role maintains stable work environment conditions, acts as a subject matter expert during disputes, and sustains productive relationships with subcontractors and union leadership across Southwest Wyoming.

Responsibilities Union & Craft Relations (WyomingSpecific) Serve as a liaison with Wyoming Building Trades Council , local business managers, and craft stewards. Coordinate prejob conferences , markups, and jurisdictional assignments in accordance with Wyoming craft practices. Maintain strong relationships with IUOE Local 800 (operators), UA 192 (pipefitters/welders), IBEW 322 (electricians), Ironworkers 27 , Carpenters 1620 , Laborers 1271 , and other regional locals.

Support hiring hall dispatch processes and ensure timely worker requests. JobAction Prevention & Workforce Stability Identify early signs of worker concerns and coordinate with subcontractos to support their implementation of proactive mitigation strategies. Develop sitespecific plans for preventing or responding to walkouts, slowdowns, or jurisdictional standdowns. Maintain strong rapport with subcontractors and craft leadership to ensure uninterrupted project progress.

Field Support & Workforce Optimization Support and be a resource for subcontractor superintendents and general forepersons with contract interpretation and craftassignment guidance. Provide subject matter expertise, as appropriate, in safety committees, labormanagement meetings, and Wyoming Building Trades coordination sessions. Compliance, Reporting Provide federal, state or local reporting as required and support additional subcontractor reporting as needed.
