Gender: Any Candidate Nationality: Any Job Type: Full-time Role Context The Senior Manager establishes the financial information architecture needed to understand and steer FAB 's International Banking performance. The position owns critical MI reporting cycles, governance standards, budgeting and forecasting coordination, and the development of standardized financial models across international locations.
Working across Group FP and A, country Finance, Product Finance, Segment Finance, Treasury and ALM, Credit, Risk, and International management, the role turns complex financial data into consistent performance insight. It also leads reporting automation and finance transformation initiatives designed to improve data quality, reporting speed, financial visibility, and management decision-making. Key Responsibilities * Manage the monthly MI reporting cycle for the International Banking Division.
* Coordinate reporting of month-end actual financial results across international locations. * Validate reported results and clearly identify known data or reporting issues. * Produce and oversee monthly management information packs for International Banking. * Provide strategic commentary explaining financial performance, movements, and outlook. * Ensure stakeholders receive complete and timely financial information for decision-making.
* Manage production of the Flash Pack. * Coordinate preparation of the International MI Pack. * Oversee the Forecast and Pipeline Pack. * Produce financial information required for Business Review Packs. * Coordinate N1 and N2 BSC Pack reporting requirements. * Establish robust data controls and validation checks across all recurring MI deliverables. * Apply appropriate maker-checker controls to management reporting.
* Monitor reporting completeness, accuracy, consistency, and timeliness. * Investigate material reporting discrepancies before final distribution. * Manage periodic PcP and budget adjustment processes for International Banking. * Coordinate required adjustments with country Finance teams. * Work with Group FP and A and Product and Segment Finance teams on financial adjustments. * Ensure adjustments receive the appropriate Delegation of Authority approval.
* Establish the International Banking MI governance framework. * Define the scope of information required to provide reliable financial performance insights. * Establish reporting schedules that support timely management decisions. * Define quality controls necessary to protect MI accuracy and completeness. * Design standardized International Banking MI reporting models. * Align reporting models with Group FP and A requirements.
