Job summary Closing Date: 25th September Interviews will take place from week commencing 5th October 2 years fixed term contract/secondment As part of the wider Cladding Safety Scheme (CSS) team, this role sits within the Product and Stakeholder Engagement function and will work closely with the Head of Product & Stakeholder Engagement to help shape and deliver the newly announced National Remediation Database (NRD).
This is a critical role in the establishment and ongoing development of the NRD, with responsibility for managing and strengthening key stakeholder relationships across the remediation sector. You will work with a wide range of partners, including Mayoral Strategic Authorities (MSAs), Fire and Rescue Services (FRS), developers, and other sector stakeholders to support collaboration and drive positive outcomes.
You will join an enthusiastic and experienced team committed to delivering meaningful change and improving how the sector works together to accelerate building remediation. You will help ensure that stakeholder insight and feedback are embedded into continuous service improvement, supporting CSS's commitment to delivering a first-class service to customers and stakeholders. You'll balance strategic relationship management with day-to-day delivery, helping to develop new approaches, strengthen partnerships, and support the successful adoption of the NRD across the sector.
Person specification You will be a resilient and confident stakeholder manager, comfortable operating at senior levels and navigating complex discussions across a wide range of organisations. You will have experience supporting senior leaders through change and influencing stakeholders to embrace new ideas, approaches, and ways of working. You will be a skilled relationship builder, capable of developing trusted and meaningful partnerships that deliver positive outcomes.
You will establish effective feedback loops, encourage collaboration, and create an environment where continuous learning and improvement are valued by all parties involved in remediation. We're looking for someone who brings innovation, enthusiasm, and a strong focus on engagement, helping to create positive experiences for both colleagues and partners. You will be passionate about achieving the CSS mission and committed to supporting the sector's success.
As a member of the CSS team, you will become a recognised remediation professional, representing the Cladding Safety Scheme internally and externally. Working collaboratively across teams and with external stakeholders, you will contribute to the continued development of the sector and help drive the successful delivery of key building safety initiatives.
