You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, contribute to medication safety initiatives, and support the operational and clinical functions of the pharmacy department. Key Responsibilities Provide clinical pharmacy services including prescription review and patient education Support the efficient running of the dispensary and medicines management processes Ensure compliance with legal and best-practice pharmacy standards Contribute to formulary management, audits, and quality improvement projects Develop and maintain SOPs and medicines information resources Support and mentor pharmacy team members and contribute to service development Requirements Registered with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland, or eligible for registration Minimum 5 years’ post-registration pharmacy experience Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skill Experience in hospital pharmacy or clinical environments desirable Evidence of continued professional development If you have the required experience and are interested in this role, please apply below to Barbara Kelly in complete confidence or call 087 737 9636.
