Previous experience with pharmacy dispensing systems and an NVQ Level 2 in Pharmacy Services are essential . Main duties of the job The successful candidate must be proficient in the use of a computer, have proven organisational skills and demonstrate an attention to detail in their work.

Excellent communication skills are essential as you will be working as part of the multi-disciplinary team. You will play a key role in preparing medicines for our patients. You will also carry out general housekeeping, filing and receptionist duties and undertake daily stock checks. Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm with 60 minutes lunch. You will also participate in the late rota, weekend and Bank Holiday rotas.

To be considered, candidates must hold an NVQ qualification Level 2 in Pharmacy Service Skills or an equivalent recognised qualification. Previous hospital experience is not a necessity but enthusiasm for a new challenge and a willingness to learn are key!
