Minimum Requirements Qualified and licensed plumber with a recognized trade certification Minimum 5 years’ post-qualification experience, preferably in hospitality, commercial, healthcare, or large-facility environments Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems, pumps, hot water systems, and water reticulation Proven leadership and supervisory experience Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills Knowledge of plumbing regulations, OHS, and safe working practices Strong communication, planning, and organisational skills Computer literate; CMMS experience advantageous Valid driver’s licence and own reliable transport Duties and Responsibilities: Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing, drainage, water reticulation, sanitation, and hot water systems Maintain pumps, geysers, boilers, water tanks, and pressure systems Lead, supervise, and mentor plumbers, junior staff, and apprentices Conduct preventative maintenance, inspections, and emergency repairs Assist with plumbing projects, renovations, and refurbishments Supervise contractors and ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance Manage plumbing tools, materials, stock, and maintenance records Ensure minimal disruption to guests and hotel operations Participate in the standby/on-call roster as required PLEASE NOTE : Thank you for your interest in this position.
