Sourcing and communicating with new and existing supply partners to evaluate commercial terms and lead times. Managing the full purchase order lifecycle, including order imports, delivery tracking, and payment processing. Negotiating competitive pricing structures, payment schedules, and supply agreements.

Establishing and updating an approved supplier listing to ensure seamless inventory management. Facilitating operational alignment between internal teams and global vendors to ensure on-time deliverables. skills and experience required. Minimum two years of procurement experience within a purchasing or supply chain capacity. Tertiary qualification in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.

Capability to manage business communications and technical documentations with suppliers based in East Asia. Applied functional experience utilizing modern enterprise planning tools, business systems, and office software. Strong negotiation capabilities with the ability to handle operational priorities independently.
