To be successful as a Senior Product Owner, you should: Drive and oversee the product vision, roadmap, and backlog, ensuring alignment with marketing, customer communication, and enterprise targets Excel at prioritization and sound judgment by balancing business value, customer experience, risk, compliance, and technical feasibility Translate business and marketing requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and actionable outcomes for Agile delivery teams Build considerable relationships across business and technology teams to drive stakeholder alignment, collaboration, and execution Apply Agile and data-driven practices to continuously improve customer experiences, platform adoption, operational efficiency, and product performance Other highly valued skills include: Deep knowledge across Adobe Experience Cloud, Adobe Campaign, AEM, Tealium, Transactional Databases, CMS, customer communication, personalization, and analytics platforms Considerable technical acumen with APIs, integrations, cloud technologies, data flows, and enterprise platform architectures Experience in banking or financial services, with knowledge of security, compliance, data privacy, governance, and large-scale digital transformation programs You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.

This role is located in our Whippany, NJ office. Minimum Salary: $170,000 Maximum Salary: $230,000 The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above include only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available. This position is eligible for an incentive award. Purpose The purpose of a Product Owner is to maximize the value of the product by defining a clear product vision (are they setting the vision or would this align to ), managing authoring, refining and prioritizing the Product Backlog balancing trade-offs across desirability, viability and feasibility – making sure the right thing is being ‘built’, and prioritising work based on business goals.

They act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and delivery teams, ensuring the product meets user/customer needs and delivers optimal value. Product Owners are responsible for developing a roadmap and driving execution of their product area/sub-journey, applying continuous improvement principles and techniques.
