Develop daily, weekly, and monthly manufacturing schedules aligned with operational capacity and customer delivery timelines. Evaluate machine loading, cycle times, and workforce availability to minimize production bottlenecks. Maintain tight control over work-in-progress inventory levels from raw material release through final quality inspection. Partner with cross-functional units including engineering, purchasing, and quality assurance to resolve schedule disruptions.
Utilize enterprise planning tools and quality management systems to monitor adherence to operational targets. skills and experience required. Minimum five to eight years of experience in production planning, production control, or manufacturing operations. Applied background within precision engineering, CNC machining, or metal component fabrication environments. Practical understanding of cycle time calculation, machine capacity planning, and work-in-progress control.
Functional capability operating enterprise resource planning systems alongside quality management framework standards.
