Senior Project Manager – Luxury Hotels London | Permanent | £80,000–£85,000 We are working with a leading construction and property consultancy looking to appoint a Senior Project Manager into its established Hotels team. The team specialises in the delivery of high-end and five-star hotel projects across central London, with a strong pipeline of major schemes moving into design and delivery. This is an opportunity for an experienced hotel Project Manager to join at an exciting stage of growth, initially supporting live projects while progressing into a lead role across upcoming £100m+ developments.
The Role The Senior Project Manager will take responsibility for the management and delivery of complex luxury hotel projects, working closely with clients, operators, designers, consultants and contractors. The role will include: Leading projects through design, procurement, construction and handover. Managing design development and coordinating multidisciplinary consultant teams. Acting as a key client contact and leading project meetings.
Managing programme, risk, change and project reporting. Overseeing contractor performance and maintaining momentum through delivery. Managing hotel-specific interfaces including guestrooms, public areas, FF&E, finishes and operational requirements. Supporting snagging, commissioning, handover and close-out. Taking ownership of one or more major projects as the wider hotel pipeline develops. Supporting and mentoring junior members of the project team.
Experience Required We are looking for an established Senior Project Manager with: Strong experience delivering luxury, five-star or high-end hospitality projects. Consultancy Project Management experience or a strong equivalent client-side background. Experience across both design and construction stages. Strong knowledge of hotel fit-out, FF&E and high-quality finishes. Experience coordinating architects, interior designers, MEP consultants and specialist hotel packages.
The ability to independently lead projects and confidently manage senior clients and stakeholders. Experience on large-scale hotel developments would be particularly advantageous. The Opportunity The team is currently delivering a number of high-profile central London hotel projects alongside a growing pipeline of new developments. Three further hotel schemes are currently progressing through the early planning stages, with opportunities for the successful individual to take a leading role across projects valued at £100m+.
