Senior Nurse / Deputy Manager (RGN) Location: Inverurie area, AberdeenshirePay Rate: £24.00 per hourHours: 33.5 hours per week (days with occasional night cover)Shifts: 7am-2pm / 10am-4pm / 2pm-8pmContract: Permanent (ASAP start) Role An established nursing home is seeking an experienced Senior Nurse, with a strong candidate able to take on a Deputy Manager remit, to join a small, focused team. The role involves days with occasional night cover and collaboration with the leadership team to deliver high quality care to residents.
Responsibilities Deliver high quality nursing and person centred care Lead and support the care team on shift Carry out venepuncture, cannulation, and general clinical skills Support medication management, care planning, and clinical governance Contribute to the leadership and operational running of the home Support residents with elderly care and dementia needs Requirements Registered Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC PIN Strong clinical skills including venepuncture and cannulation Previous elderly / dementia nursing experience Managerial or supervisory experience (desirable) Confident leading a shift and mentoring the team Sponsorship not available Offer £24.00 per hour Days with occasional night cover 33.5 hour permanent contract ASAP start Small, focused team environment Location: Inverurie, Kintore, Kemnay, Oldmeldrum, Ellon, Westhill, Aberdeen, Insch, Turriff, Huntly, Banchory, Dyce
