About this offer: We are looking on behalf of our client, a major and recognised player in the Swiss mechanical industrial sector specialised in the design and manufacture of high-precision equipment: Senior Scheduler (100%) | Canton of Bern M/F Your main tasks Planning & Monitoring: Establish and keep up to date the overall project planning as well as the associated manufacturing orders (MO).

Deadline management: Continuously monitor production progress to ensure strict compliance with delivery deadlines. Supply: Coordinate and ensure the timely availability of all components required for manufacturing. Continuous improvement: Actively participate in the review and optimisation of scheduling processes and planning flows. Profile sought Education: Higher degree (ES, HES or equivalent) specialised in process management or Supply Chain.

Experience: Proven track record of at least 5 years in an equivalent position within a demanding industrial environment. IT tools: Advanced mastery of an industrial ERP ( knowledge of ProConcept is a significant asset ). Personal skills: Excellent communicator, enjoying collaborative and cross-functional work with multidisciplinary teams. Structured mindset with strong analytical skills. High stress resistance and pragmatism when facing production contingencies.
