Senior Site Manager – Maidstone, Kent – Phased Hospitial Fitout of an X-Ray Department - Starting Nov 2026 for minimim 12 months Our client is a main-contractor who specialise in hospital fitouts & refurbishments, and they are looking for a No. 1 Site Manager to deliver a project in Maidstone. Duties: Monitor and update the build programme on a regular basis Coordinate/ book all trades Ensure trades are performing to program and to highest standard Order/ request ordering of materials, fixtures and fittings Liaise with the client, contracts manager and architect on any design /site issues that need resolving Keep on top of design changes requested by client Responsible for delivering the project on budget and on time.
