Senior Vice President, Legal Entity Accounting

Company Overview: A leading private debt credit manager with over $60 billion in capital under management, specializing in financing and investment solutions for middle-market private equity-backed borrowers. They are seeking a Senior Vice President of Legal Entity Accounting to drive transformation and mentor a high-performing team. Job Responsibilities: Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including MD&A Manage monthly financial close and intercompany eliminations Ensure all entries are booked to the correct legal entities in accordance with Investment Advisory agreements Liaise with external auditors and ensure timely completion of reviews and audits Prepare monthly internal management schedules Ensure compliance with statutory reporting and filing Own and maintain dimensionality in OneStream and DFIN Support legal and capital solutions teams with unsecured offerings Maintain a strong internal control framework Evaluate and improve financial processes Manage, mentor, and develop the financial reporting and general ledger booking team Collaborate with FP&A, Treasury, Tax, Operations, and Investor Reporting Contribute to transformation projects Manage the approval process for financial data in key external presentations Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field; CPA preferred 10+ years of progressive experience in financial reporting and accounting Experience managing audits and regulatory filings Strong understanding of GAAP and financial controls Proficiency in financial systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, OneStream, DFIN Demonstrated leadership and team development skills Experience supporting capital markets or unsecured offerings is a plus Knowledge of Wall Street Office software (WSO) preferred Compensation: Salary: $175,000 - $225,000, Plus Bonus
