Lucky Charlie, the coal-oven pizza tavern from award-winning chef Nino Coniglio (Williamsburg Pizza, Coniglio's Old Fashioned), is looking for an experienced Server to join our team. Set in a 42-seat space built around the oldest coal oven in America, we serve Sicilian-inspired pizza, oven-baked pasta, and a Sicilian-focused wine and cocktail list in a lively, old-school New York atmosphere — open late, most nights until 4am.

Responsibilities Provide warm, knowledgeable, and efficient service to guests throughout their visit Confidently describe and recommend menu items, including pizza styles, pasta dishes, and our Sicilian wine list Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them clearly to the kitchen and bar Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room and bar area Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth, timely service Handle payments accurately and process checks efficiently Uphold a high standard of hospitality that matches the energy and character of the restaurant Assist with opening/closing side work as needed Qualifications Previous serving experience in a full-service restaurant or bar required; pizzeria or Italian restaurant experience a plus Strong knowledge of wine and cocktails, or willingness to learn our program in depth Ability to work in a fast-paced, late-night environment Team player with a positive, hospitable attitude Availability to work nights and weekends (restaurant is open Wednesday–Sunday, 5pm–4am) Food handler's certification (or willingness to obtain one) What We Offer Competitive hourly wage plus tips Employee meals and dining discounts A fun, high-energy work environment steeped in old New York character Opportunity to grow with an established, respected restaurant group
