Please note this position will be based at Pilgrim Hospital Boston Job description Service Delivery Technicians must be able to work under pressure whilst maintaining customer focus., Essential Diploma level or higher qualification in an ICT related subject or equivalent experience Evidence of recent and ongoing personal and professional development Desirable ITIL Foundation Qualification Previous Experience Essential Experience of providing ICT Technical support for hardware, software and network environments Desirable Experience of providing ICT support for a telecoms or network environment and/or for servers Previous experience of working in the NHS Evidence of Particular Essential Ability to evidence/demonstrate key values and behaviours in line with the Trust framework: Knowledge and experience of configuring and maintaining Windows Desktop systems Knowledge and experience of hardware and software fault finding and resolving Knowledge of network technologies Knowledge of cybersecurity and information security principles Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Active Directory Desirable Knowledge and experience of IP telephony systems and solutions Knowledge and experience of software deployment and update systems e.g.
SCCM Knowledge and experience of configuring and maintaining DHCP and DNS systems Knowledge and experience of configuring and maintaining Windows Desktop and Server systems Knowledge and experience of configuring mobile devices and operating systems including Apple iOS and Android, 1.Confident, self-motivated and enthusiastic 2.Methodical approach to work, logical and numerate 3.Ability to work under pressure and prioritise work 4.Full driving licence, including use of own car or other types of transportation which will allow candidate to carry out job 5.Flexible approach to work outside normal office hours, when and if the need arises.
