Service Desk Technician 35 hours per week Fixed Term until 30 July 2027 Ayr Campus ( The job holder may be requested to work at our other campuses when required) £29,778 per annum Reference: REQ01073 The Ayrshire College Digital Services team deliver a high-quality ICT service, to support the student journey and the delivery of innovative, high quality, learning and teaching experiences across Ayrshire.

We are looking for a Service Desk Technician to join our team on a temporary basis. If you have experience of providing first-line technical support and a flair for customer service, then this role could provide you with an exciting opportunity. Ideally, you will be educated to NC level in a relevant subject, but more important is your knowledge of ICT services and an ability to work successfully with a wide range of people.
