We are looking to expand our senior management team within the organisation to promote and build The Michael Tracey Project. We are looking for individuals who can think on their feet and be able to lead a service and staff team with professionalism and integrity. The ideal candidate will: Be an effective communicator Be a good problem solver Have the ability to motivate Have good organisational skills Be passionate about your current role We are looking for someone who: Has a positive attitude Is engaging and enthusiastic Assertive Can build trust and confidence within the team and push boundaries to achieve the best of the team's abilities Considerate Resilient The tasks involved in this role are as follows: Oversee paperwork and ensure everything is completed to a very high standard Liaise with Social work and other professionals to provide updates and implement anything new suggested.
Build good rapport with staff and families Be approachable to your staff team Be able to provide 1:1 support and guidance to individual team members Our service leaders deliver support in our teams with a percentage of time within the office to complete paperwork so being able to travel to our different services within the East & Southside of Glasgow is essential, driver is preferred. Candidates must have a SVQ level 3 as a minimum and a willingness to work towards their level 4.
