Service Manager – Midlothian Recovery Services

Health in Mind has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated leader to join our South Services Team as Service Manager for our Midlothian Recovery Services, supporting people with their mental health and drug and/or alcohol recovery journey. Within this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the day-to-day delivery of the Recovery Services, including:Recovery Peer Support Service (one-to-one support for people seeking support in recovery, including support for women and those who have experienced a near fatal overdose)Recovery Peer Connecting ServiceHostels Peer SupportPeer Support Groups (including SMART groups) and Peer TrainingYou should have experience in; providing leadership and management within services, staff development and supervision, supporting people drug and alcohol recovery and mental health, working as part of a team, working with external stakeholders, meeting service KPI’s, data analysis and preparing data for reporting.

Supporting our Peer Support Workers and volunteers, who have their own lived experience of recovery is vital in this role.If you have experience in these areas and are passionate about supporting people to fulfil their potential, we’d love to hear from you!
