Job Description: Lead field service, workshop, and after-sales operations Manage service technicians, supervisors, and support teams Coordinate breakdowns, maintenance, overhauls, and service projects Drive service quality, customer satisfaction, and operational performance Manage customer escalations and maintain strong client relationships Grow after-sales revenue through spare parts, repairs, upgrades, and service contracts Monitor service KPIs, labour utilisation, turnaround times, and profitability Oversee parts planning, service reporting, job closure, and warranty processes Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards Skills & Experience: 7–10+ years’ experience in industrial service, rotating equipment, workshop or field-service management Strong experience with compressors, blowers, vacuum systems or similar rotating equipment Proven leadership experience managing technical service teams Strong customer-facing and relationship management abilities Commercially minded with experience identifying and converting service opportunities Strong planning, problem-solving and organisational skills Able to manage multiple service demands while maintaining high standards of quality and safety Qualifications: Trade Tested Millwright – essential Management or supervisory training advantageous Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel to customer sites Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
