Key Responsibilities Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including user access, roles, permissions, and data policies. Configure and support ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, CSM, SOM, SPM, FSM, and additional modules as required. Configure forms, catalog items, workflows, business rules, UI policies, notifications, and other platform functionality. Provide end-user support, troubleshoot platform issues, and promote user adoption.
Collaborate with technical and business teams to deliver platform enhancements and improvements. Maintain platform documentation, configuration records, and user support materials. Ensure compliance with internal security standards and governance policies. Coordinate ServiceNow workstreams to ensure projects and enhancements are prioritised and delivered within agreed timelines. Support integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using APIs and integration technologies.
Stay up to date with the latest ServiceNow features, releases, and best practices. Proactively identify platform risks and contribute to effective solutions. Provide guidance and knowledge sharing to support colleagues and strengthen team capability.
