Service Parts Engineer / Program Manager

Your ContributionOur Service Engineer defines spare parts configuration, prepares Bill of Materials, and packaging requirements utilizing multiple technical documentation systems. Works in close cooperation with the Head of Program Management and our customers to obtain mutual agreement on spare parts portfolio. Your Experience & QualificationsBachelor's degree in business administration, or related field from an accredited four-year college or university requiredMinimum of 5 to 8 years previous or related experience, Product & Project Management experience preferredAbility to manage multiple short and long-term projects with multiple work streams or departments to successful completionAbility to identify and take the initiative to solve complex problems, work within deadlines with high attention to detail, and work independently in a fast paced, dynamic environmentAbility to interface cross functionally throughout various geographical regions and different cultures - influence and develop strong working relationships with all levels of employees, and senior level management and/or executivesExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation deliveryAdvanced computer skills, especially in MS Project, Excel and PowerPointSAP experience preferredAutomotive / Commercial Vehicle industry experience preferredOur Offer We will provide a collaborative environment working on exciting assignments, along with ongoing personal & career development opportunities.
