Job Description For our client, an internationally established company in the development of modern machinery and automation solutions, we are looking for a dedicated specialist to support the service team. In this position, you will play a central role in the maintenance and servicing of complex systems in a global environment. Service Technician 100% Responsibilities: You undertake worldwide assignments for inspections, periodic maintenance work, and repairs on the systems. You systematically analyse malfunctions and rectify faults on swivel bending systems as well as cutting machines directly at the customer’s site. You assemble new systems, commission them professionally, and instruct the operating personnel on site. You competently advise users on technical questions and support them directly on the system.

You ensure first-class customer care through your reliable and quality-conscious commitment. Qualifications You have successfully completed a technical basic education as a mechatronics technician, automation specialist, electromechanic, or in a related field. You have solid practical knowledge in the interplay of electromechanics, mechanics, and modern system controls. You are skilled in fault finding and maintenance of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical components.

You have extensive experience in the safe use of diagnostic tools and control software. You are an independent personality with a structured, customer-oriented, and solution-focused mindset. You have high flexibility and enthusiasm for work and maintain an overview even in demanding situations. You possess business fluent German skills and good English language skills (spoken and written). You preferably bring knowledge of French or Italian.
