will you be doing? This leadership role oversees a water division of approximately 160 FTE, driving growth of in-house design capabilities and client value propositions within existing and new frameworks. Key responsibilities include achieving annual business, revenue, utilisation, and profitability targets, ensuring robust systems and processes to support strategic plans, and maintaining technical compliance with industry standards.
The role involves implementing digital enhancements, standardizing technical learning, and fostering efficiency. Building strong client relationships and supporting strategic plans is essential, alongside mentoring teams and establishing succession plans. The position demands vision, operational collaboration, and a commitment to innovation and performance excellence. What youll bring Experienced in at least one of the following work types.
