We are looking for a proactive and driven Site Manager to join our team delivering a planned social housing refurbishment programme across the Wolverhampton area. Working as part of a two Site Manager team, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of planned improvement works to occupied properties. The programme is structured to ensure efficient project delivery, with one Site Manager focusing on the early stages of works through to the mid-point of the programme, while the second Site Manager oversees completion, quality assurance, and handover.

The project operates within a manageable geographical area, with properties located within approximately a 20-minute radius of the local office, allowing you to focus on quality, programme delivery, customer satisfaction, and stakeholder management. This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable, long-term social housing contract where you can make a genuine impact for residents while developing your career within a supportive and experienced operational team., Managing the day-to-day delivery of planned refurbishment works within occupied social housing properties.

Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Overseeing subcontractors, direct labour, and suppliers on site. Conducting site inspections, quality audits, and compliance checks. Monitoring programme performance and ensuring project milestones are achieved. Building positive relationships with residents, client representatives, and internal stakeholders.

Managing health and safety requirements and promoting a positive safety culture. Coordinating materials, labour, and resources to maintain programme efficiency. Supporting the resolution of site issues and customer concerns. Completing site reports, progress updates, and project documentation. To be successful in this role, you will have: Experience operating in a Site Manager, Senior Supervisor, Works Manager, or similar operational management role.

A strong understanding of planned maintenance, refurbishment, or property improvement programmes.. The ability to effectively manage multiple workstreams within a live residential environment. Knowledge of health and safety regulations and site management best practice. Strong stakeholder management skills with a customer-focused approach. While not essential, candidates currently working as a Site Manager within the social housing sector, particularly on planned works programmes involving kitchens & bathrooms, are likely to be particularly well suited to this opportunity., Ideally, you will hold: SMSTS CSCS Card First Aid at Work Full UK Driving Licence
