We are seeking someone who can see beyond daily maintenance and brings forwards ideas for further development. Potential applicants should have: Experience of managing premises, facilities or maintenance services within a large or complex environment.
Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations, risk assessments and site compliance. Experience of leading and motivating teams, contractors and external providers. Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
