You should be passionate about delivering excellent customer service and helping to create a welcoming and enjoyable experience for all visitors. The successful candidates will work as part of a busy team supporting the day-to-day operation of the Visitor Centre, café, gift shop, and park facilities. Duties will include reception and customer service, cleaning, litter picking, emptying bins throughout the park, setting up for events and activities, assisting with catering functions and visitor experiences, maintaining high standards across the site, and supporting the delivery of a safe, clean and enjoyable environment for visitors.
