We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Duty Officer to support the day-to-day operation of our Watersports Centre as part of our overall Outdoor Recreation team. This is a varied and rewarding role where you'll support the day-to-day operation of outdoor recreation facilities, ensuring visitors enjoy a safe, welcoming, and high-quality experience. Working closely with the management team, you will help ensure safe, efficient operations while maintaining high standards of customer care.

Responsibilities include staff supervision and development, health and safety management, financial administration, training delivery, and supporting events and projects. About You We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who enjoys working in a dynamic outdoor environment and has experience leading and supporting teams. You will have: A current First Aid Certificate Experience of health and safety management in an outdoor customer environment Experience of facility operations and staff supervision You will also be a supportive team player with a positive attitude, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer experiences.

Please note: A full UK manual driving licence is an essential requirement for this role due to the operational nature of the post and travel between sites. Why Join Us?
