Our Social Care and Support Service is committed to maximising strengths, to enable adults to achieve their desired outcomes, thereby meeting their needs and improving or maintaining their wellbeing. We are looking for someone who shares our passion and is committed, enthusiastic, dedicated and passionate about improving outcomes for adults in Warwickshire. We're seeking an experienced Social Worker to join our expanding Social Care and Support Service.
