Software Account Director

Satisfaction Recruitment is searching for a true new-business hunter for a Software Account Director role based in Johannesburg - not a farmer, not an account manager. This is for someone who: • Has demonstrable net-new logo acquisition - you can point to the businesses you personally opened • Owns the full sales cycle - prospecting through to close, no handoffs, no shared credit • Sells software licences as the primary commercial product - this is a ~90/10 licence-to-services sales profile, not a services or managed-services play • Has established executive-level relationships within relevant enterprise markets - you're already in the room, not trying to get a meeting • Is based in Johannesburg This is explicitly not a licence management, SAM, or support/renewals profile - regardless of what your current job title says.
