About the Role We're looking for a Software Engineer I to join our Deliver (One2Team) team. This is a backfill role on a product that blends legacy and modern technologies — a great opportunity to work across the full stack while helping shape what comes next, including new platform integrations, connectors, and AI-powered capabilities.
You'll work directly on customer-facing tickets and real-world product challenges, gaining hands-on exposure across our application and its technology stack from day one. What You'll Work On In your first six months, you'll get broad exposure to customer-facing development, platform integrations, cloud technologies, and AI — all within a single product. Beyond maintaining and enhancing the existing product, you'll help build and integrate new technologies as we expand our platform and connector ecosystem.
Must-Have Skills: Java 8+ Kafka, MongoDB, Oracle, Cassandra, Elasticsearch Front-end: React/Angular and JavaScript Nice-to-Have Skills: AWS Cloud Experience 3+ years of professional software engineering experience, ideally with a background at a product-based company. Growth Path Over the next 1–2 years, you'll grow from handling customer-facing issues to owning complex technical problems and key product areas.
You'll build expertise across legacy and modern technologies, platform integrations, cloud, and AI — with a path toward owning technical initiatives, contributing to architectural and product decisions, mentoring other engineers, and progressing toward a senior or technical leadership role.
